I don't even know where to start... Everything you already see on this website about lobster is true, I've dealt with them for years. They are arrogant, unwilling to listen, swindlers, out for their own profit, and nothing else. They aren't in the business of home management, they are in the business of rent collection... They will try to up your rent, and quote the usual reasons. Then act surprised when you don't want to or disagree with the amount. Yet, if you report to them an issue of your own, don't expect a helpful response. If you don't report every single issue on their special, hardly-functional, webpage, FixFlo, then they seem to think they have no obligation to fix the problem at all. Even though you have not agreed to exclusively use the service at any point. You cannot simply tell these people over the phone that you have an issue. You must use their special system or they're not even looking into it. AND THEN, even when you do, and it works, they're going to worm out of any responsibility because that's what they are, worms. They've done it to me on several occasions. They are also liars, and reality spinners. They never come out to the address to visit you, or confirm anything! We finally did get a response once for a physical damage in the property and they sent some yobbo round at 6:30pm with no warning or phone call, no uniform at all. Yelling "lobster plumber" at me though the window... Now, I obviously declined this person entering my home at that present time and thus I was deemed an obstacle and actively obstructing the repairs. They would also keep harassing my e-mail alleging that my rent is late, and it is not. Further, I do keep getting notices of seeking possession every three months or so but they actually are not hiring a solicitor, it seems, to follow through on these notices, so I'm just being harrassed constantly.
