helpful from the start in poor marketing conditions. Regular contact through e mails and phone and useful feedbacks fro visits. Seemed to be cohesive team . I had confidence with them so did not change agents despite the property being with them for 1 year.

I met up with the agent and she was friendly enough, showed me around the properties. 2 of the properties were within one apartment block; The Wentwood and were going for similar prices ~130k. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
