The worst agency ever. I signed a contract with them on April. After a month the boiler stopped working n didn't have a hot water for three months. I called them they said we only take the rent. Once I stopped paying the rent the boiler was fixed. Couldn't take if anymore ad the flat was in a horrible start especially when it started getting cold. Mould water dripping from the walls... After I left I asked for my deposit and they replied you'll have to get it from your landlord even though I payed it to them. I'll rather stay homeless than renting out from them

12 Sept 2022So Haart were only employed by the landlord for rent collection and to initially find a tenant. So all of your issues should be directed to the landlord and not the agent. A rather misleading review.
