I have rented through Dorset Property with their lettings team since 2013 and have had 2 different properties with them. The team have always been supportive and flexible, very pro-active in ensuring all legal requirements are met, while also very respectful that it is your home, even if you don't own it. Very professional while also being supportive, looking after the needs of the tenants just as much of the property owners.

Since start of tenancy we have had taps running on full both hot and cold in the downstairs bathroom, took 6 months to get it fixed. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fixing issues promptly but as this has not been forthcoming a reduction in the rent as one bedroom is a health hazard.
