These guys are honestly one of the worst estate agents. I cannot wait to get out of my contract! They NEVER respond to anything and they even sent me a fake gas certificate...something I will be taking further.

2 Feb 2022Either the certificate is fake or you entered the property unlawfully. Please find documentation attached. I find it embarrassing that you haven't even contacted me about this.

Horrendous Estate Agents, avoid at all cost! Consistently poor service, rude staff and the worst 18 months of my life in a property completely below par. I rent from this agency, they told me a contract renewal was £20 when I moved in. A year later they then asked for £50 for a contract renewal, I signed all the paperwork and went to pay the £50 to find that they actually hid the VAT so I had to pay £60. Another hidden price hike! I chose this agent only because they were selling more properties than others in my post cord area. And yes, it was the only merit. The offer that I agreed came in shortly after they put the adverts on the Right Move and other sites. But they did absolute minimal to sell my house.(no sale sign... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have allocated me one friendly knowlegible person for a point of contact to take me through the whole process. Human touch could cover multitude of imperfections.
