Horrendous Estate Agents, avoid at all cost! Consistently poor service, rude staff and the worst 18 months of my life in a property completely below par. The oven was awful, mould built up due to blown windows, the house was unbearable in winter due to how cold the house was and overall just poor standards. Since moving out we are now being charged for cleaning costs which considering the house was filthy when we moved in was laughable, and I had to spend 2 days to clean the house myself. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

I rent from this agency, they told me a contract renewal was £20 when I moved in. A year later they then asked for £50 for a contract renewal, I signed all the paperwork and went to pay the £50 to find that they actually hid the VAT so I had to pay £60. Another hidden price hike! I chose this agent only because they were selling more properties than others in my post cord area. And yes, it was the only merit. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have allocated me one friendly knowlegible person for a point of contact to take me through the whole process. Human touch could cover multitude of imperfections.
