☆☆☆ AVOID !!! SCAM ☆☆☆ They basically scam everyone who deal with them. THIS IS ABODE AGENCY IN LIVERPOOL, MAKE NO MISTAKE WHEN THEY CLAIM IS NOT THEM BUT OTHER BUSINESS WITH SIMILAR NAME! They are professional in deceptions and they will only make you pay mortgage application fee to them, probably the survey as well, then they let you sink waiting. In the end there will be no property for sale anymore for you and the fee you just paid, they will refuse to refund. Imagine how many people they scam for just one fictional property up for sale, in one go. In the end the so called seller, will pull out the deal saying sorry and that's it. They only sell you dreams, trick you and take your money. Remember, they are professional crooks. Eventually more people will bring them to court, sooner or later.

31 Jan 2022We marketed this flat for sale. Sold it to this guy. We did all the work for his mortgage, and he paid for the mortgage by way of a fee of £495 on mortgage offer. The sale subsequently fell through as the vendor decided she no longer wanted to sell. it happens. He asked for a refund. We don't offer refunds when we've done all the work but we did offer to re submit his mortgage application for a new house free of charge. So he didn't have to pay again. Makes sense to me. Good service that, and a fair offer.

11 Nov 2022Total BS, ypu did not sell anything to anyone! It's all a well organised SCAM. After I submited to you the facade growing issues and concerns, as the show on ground floor keep on drilling holes on this flat's external walls to advertise his barber logo, you requested the 495£ deposit ASAP, knowing there will be no sale due to building issues. For UK ifs ok to be a legal croock bending the truth in your favor. You should of charged your fee from the seller as SHE cancelled this transaction not me.
