Absolutely appalling estate agent. I called the Liverpool Allerton Rd office to put an offer in on a property and spoke with Amanda who was not interested at all. Comments (0)Absolutely appalling estate agent. I called the Liverpool Allerton Rd office to put an offer in on a property and spoke with Amanda who was not interested at all. Her attitude was rude and my suspicions after receiving no response was that my offer had never reached the seller. I then put my offer on an email asking confirmation of my offer and only then was I asked my memorandum of sale. They are wanting to keep everything in house and the lady who put a note of interest on the apartment I wanted had not sold her house. They delayed me and rudely ignored me whilst they waited to sell her house, so she could buy the apartment that they were selling, so double commission them. Amanda then called me a week later to say the seller accepted an offer from a friend of the family. However this was a complete lie as the buyer is the lady who put the note of interest on the property and Abode had finally received an offer her property, which meant she could then put an offer on the apartment I put an offer on. The buyer does not know the seller utter lies. They did not come to me to ask I wanted to increase my offer they just said the seller is happy with the offer. So the seller would not want more money i find that very hard to believe. DO NOT sell your home with Abode as they do not have the sellers best interests they only have their own that they care about.

Please walk next door to Venmores and sell your property with them. Venmores are a legitimate company who are honest, trustworthy and will provide you with the best outcome, demonstrating genuine care you.

This was amazing for us, and we were so pleased with how fast and efficient Olivia worked for us. She made everything super easy for us, which was truly appreciated as moving is so stressful. She made me feel comfortable, and helped me with further requests in an exceptional amount of time. I really appreciated how quick she was with organising everything for us, and overall she provided an oustanding service. Would definately recommend abode!

This is my fifth year using Abode as letting agents for my Liverpool property. Amanda and Lynsey have yet again shown great professionalism, knowledge and efficiency in working with prospective tenants, dealing with queries, and ensuring all formalities were completed to a really tight time line (myself and tenant greatly appreciated this - they pulled out all the stops to ensure the desired move in date was met. I really like work with the Abode team, a great independent Estate Agent in Liverpool. They've had the same staff for the 5 years I've been with them and that is really great for me for continuity. They look after my property and my tenants well.

They basically scam everyone who deal with them.
THIS IS ABODE AGENCY IN LIVERPOOL, MAKE NO MISTAKE WHEN THEY CLAIM IS NOT THEM BUT OTHER BUSINESS WITH SIMILAR NAME!
They are professional in deceptions and they will only make you pay mortgage application fee to them, probably the survey as well, then they let you sink waiting. In the end there will be no property for sale anymore for you and the fee you just paid, they will refuse to refund.
Imagine how many people they scam for just one fictional property up for sale, in one go. In the end the so called seller, will pull out the deal saying sorry and that's it.
They only sell you dreams, trick you and take your money.
Remember, they are professional crooks. Eventually more people will bring them to court, sooner or later.
