Extremely bad service, be cautious of possible fraud and deceit…As a landlord, I have dealt with agencies in the past and it is first time I keep chasing the company for the amount of £920 for the past 3 months and the amount of £2000 for the past 2 months. As a management company they receive the rent from my tenants, and nobody tells me what agency is doing with my money for all those months of delay and why there is a delay in payments, as they by law shouldn't touch my money and put it into my bank account without any delay. It looks that they maybe experience serious financial problem and makes me think that many landlords and tenants could be left thousands of pounds out of pocket after a letting agency closes suddenly, without warning. Today, I am owed £3080 in rent from the agency and my tenants could lose their £1200 deposit. I haven't seen any landlord giving them a good review. Alex the director of company, never reply back to me and my partner Joanna, he is hiding and don't answer. They left me without money, struggling to pay my tenants bills and insurance for my property for nearly 3 months. If I had a mortgage, I would already be bankrupted. Although they take 10% commission from my rent, I have to chase every rental payment as if I had to deal with a inconsistent tenant. They mention that they are successful, so, how can they not return my money. What a fraud company;;;;never use them. I have all the evidence to prove what they are doing.

28 Jul 2023Hi, have you managed to receive your tenants deposit? When they ceasing the company in 2022, they said they will pay deposit to us but they never did.

Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional agency. I have been a landlord for over 20 years and never experienced such incompetency. The fees with Eazymove are less than 1/2 , compared to the excessive fees from Bridgfords, who did actually nothing positive in the 6 months i was with them.

Alex was very responsive to my emails and questions, no matter how frivolous they are.
