Extremely bad service, be cautious of possible fraud and deceit…As a landlord, I have dealt with agencies in the past and it is first time I keep chasing the company for the amount of £920 for the past 3 months and the amount of £2000 for the past 2 months. As a management company they receive the rent from my tenants, and nobody tells me what agency is doing with my money for all those months of delay and why there is a delay in payments, as they by law shouldn't touch my money and put it into my bank account without any delay.
It looks that they maybe experience serious financial problem and makes me think that many landlords and tenants could be left thousands of pounds out of pocket after a letting agency closes suddenly, without warning. Today, I am owed £3080 in rent from the agency and my tenants could lose their £1200 deposit.
I haven't seen any landlord giving them a good review. Alex the director of company, never reply back to me and my partner Joanna, he is hiding and don't answer. They left me without money, struggling to pay my tenants bills and insurance for my property for nearly 3 months. If I had a mortgage, I would already be bankrupted. Although they take 10% commission from my rent, I have to chase every rental payment as if I had to deal with a inconsistent tenant. They mention that they are successful, so, how can they not return my money.

Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional agency.
I have been a landlord for over 20 years and never experienced such incompetency.

I’ve never had a quarterly or six monthly inspections carried out which you would expect from a reputable agent.
I urge you to consider very carefully before using this agency as they are completely incompetent and unprofessional.

After having my property with two other estate agents for 1 year, I was delighted when i met Martyn and listened to his positive ideas for marketing with Eazymove. I engaged his services. The photos were far superior & showed every detail on my large single story house. The description on Rightmove is so professionally done, I've already had one viewing which looks promising, from a young man who sees the potential for a family home. I brought my three children up here. Previous agents only sent people in their 80's.

We engaged him to refurbish our property and they had done a great job, communicating to whatever discovery (costs) they come up with with very high clarity, in text and photos. The fees with Eazymove are less than 1/2 , compared to the excessive fees from Bridgfords, who did actually nothing positive in the 6 months i was with them.
