After having my property with two other estate agents for 1 year, I was delighted when i met Martyn and listened to his positive ideas for marketing with Eazymove. I engaged his services. The photos were far superior & showed every detail on my large single story house. The description on Rightmove is so professionally done, I've already had one viewing which looks promising, from a young man who sees the potential for a family home. I brought my three children up here. Previous agents only sent people in their 80's.
Comments on Agent Fees
The fees with Eazymove are less than 1/2 , compared to the excessive fees from Bridgfords, who did actually nothing positive in the 6 months i was with them.

Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional agency. I have been a landlord for over 20 years and never experienced such incompetency. Alex was very responsive to my emails and questions, no matter how frivolous they are. We engaged him to refurbish our property and they had done a great job, communicating to whatever discovery (costs) they come up with with very high clarity, in text and photos.
