18.01.2022 They are a scam company. Read my experience with them. They sold me a property with tenants in situ. They did not reveal the fact all the tenants are defaulters. Some of them are served with eviction notice. They had an arrangement with the previous landlord to hide all these facts. They started pushing my solicitors for the exchange. Once the exchange happened, the sale negotiator who has is impatient like a child stopped replying to my emails. They have a poor code of practice when it comes to selling the property. I have raised a formal complaint with them and will keep updating here on the review page. If you are planning to buy any property through Michael property Consultants think twice, thrice or rather....!

Do not rent with these chancers. Other reviewers have had similar experiences renting through them. My other half was treated appallingly by the Colchester lettings office for her entire 3 years rental. Every day was a struggle to get anything repaired or seen to. The garden was full of dog...
