18.01.2022 They are a scam company. Read my experience with them. They sold me a property with tenants in situ. They did not reveal the fact all the tenants are defaulters. Do not rent with these chancers. Other reviewers have had similar experiences renting through them. My other half was treated appallingly by the Colchester lettings office for her entire 3 years rental. Every day was a struggle to get anything repaired or seen to. The garden was full of dog...
