WARNING!!! - NEVER USE THIS AGENCY!! This agency would rather protect a landlords 'holiday' than the health and wellbeing of a tenant. They are still renting out a property that has been deemed substandard by the council last year. The landlord has refused to fix the exposed brick that is causing serious damp to the property. The agency is refusing to call the landlord to sort this issue out urgently. The problem has been going on so long now that the other flats are now experiencing this same damp issue as a result. The male in charge of this agency is horrible and abusive on the phone. The law states that a letting agency has the responsibility of ensuring that repairs are carried out in a timely manner but this agency don't want to take any action. This has been ongoing for over 2 years. Picture attached for reference of the repair that needs to be carried out urgently. This agency should be shut down. Someone is going to take really unwell as a result of this agencies negligence.
