Run fast and don't stop or this lot will it you and your children's lives ta risk, unregistered gas inspectors, shody properties and horrible management who threaten to evict you if you even think about complaining, don't worry though, Caralyn will tell you what you want to hear but so 2 faced afterwards. I stopped paying them and went to TPO and won my case, they where fined and I have the proof if anyone ever needs to see, run hard and run fast or they will con you and put your family at risk.

22 Jun 2022Absolute cowboys who waited till I called environmental health about the rat infestation before they called or answered my calls, only to try and bully and begin harassing me on the phone. Give them a miss people. also a data breach that I'm currently dealing with. This a family run agency that has no morals of code of code conduct.

I have been a tenant with this company for over 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them my boiler recently wasn't working and they had a contractor out to my property immediately and had it fixed within two days of me reporting the problem!!
