They don't even deserve that sole star. From the very start - LIES LIES LIES. "We'll get this fixed"..."That straightened"... They did nothing. I had the cheek to ask for a cupboard door (which, like the whole kitchen is rotting) - They wouldn't spend the fiver (tops) on a door hinge. I asked for boarding to attach the curtain poles to because there was a long line of holes along the tops of the windows - they attached upside down skirting board and didn't bother with the fixtures and fittings (as per contract!), I have severe nerve damage to my left thigh and am signed off work due to this. I had to pin up pieces of material from my friend's house. No kitchen door - against the law - when I asked them about this, I was ignored!!! Holes in bath from the very start, they lied and said it would be fixed in a week or so. It only got worse until I had to organise a handyman (£30 on me!!!) to shorten the shower cable, as the water pressure was throwing it off its perch and it was either smashing into my back or missing me completely and hitting the bath. The bedroom sliding doors were never to steady but after two years or so they began falling off. The maintenence man just laid them against my bedroom wall, right next to the door - the fell on me and scarred my back for life. I had no hot water at all for 11 days, they actually had the cheek to ask me not to let the regulators know if I gave them 3 more days. Me being a soft touch at that time, I agreed, only to be showering at friends houses for 10 days and then the 'plumber doesn't show when promised. A further 3 days later he appears and messes up the water pressure completely - THIS GUY LITERALLY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO TURN KNOBS!!! He advises me to run water if the toilet doesn't flush, which just happens to be all the time. I had to get black bags and pull my own, and guests(!!!) excrement out of the toilet for 2 days. Finally, after all that...The company and their landlord are still pestering me for money when I have paid OVER WHAT I WAS DUE!!!

I have been a tenant with this company for over 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them my boiler recently wasn't working and they had a contractor out to my property immediately and had it fixed within two days of me reporting the problem!!
