Absolutely disgusted with this agency and my daughter and her colleagues have only moved into this apartment 2 months. From day 1 it has been a complete sham!! Too many issues to list that have still not been addressed after being notified on day one. 3 trips have been made from Northern Ireland to try and have this sorted by parents and still gotten nowhere and to top it off today my daughter was locked in her room - the door lock came off in her hand rendering the door permanently locked. On contacting Golding they said it would 2 hours before a locksmith could get there after which I insisted the fire brigade be called as she suffers with health conditions and needed out to get medications and get to Uni. The fire brigade attended and kindly got her freed from her room and we then found out that only for her room mate correcting the fire brigade they were gonna leave her as Goldings had cancelled the call and told them it was sorted- LIES!! Only for being on face time I would not have believed what was happening. So for anyone even contemplating using this agent for student accommodation DO NOT put yourself or your parents through what we are having to endure daily.
