Awful! Rented a property off them for near enough 3 years. Ran out the property in the end. Absolutely awful customer service. Ruined my £1,000 new born sons pram cause their so called gas engineer is incapable of doing an inspection without breaking the boiler. ‘Beth’ ... Read Full Review

Be extremely wary of doing business with this company. They are totally incapable of suitably representing either landlords or tenants. Upon move-in, the flat was in dire condition including a hole in the ceiling from a leak upstairs, mould all around the sealant, mould around extractors, broken furniture and general uncleanliness.
