Upon move-in, the flat was in dire condition including a hole in the ceiling from a leak upstairs, mould all around the sealant, mould around extractors, broken furniture and general uncleanliness. The staff failed to communicate with us and delayed our move in by one month. Overall, my flatmate and I received extremely poor service from all staff, specifically Sandie, and we urge anyone to avoid using these estate agents.

Awful! Rented a property off them for near enough 3 years. Ran out the property in the end. Absolutely awful customer service. Ruined my £1,000 new born sons pram cause their so called gas engineer is incapable of doing an inspection without breaking the boiler. ‘Beth’ ... Read Full Review

Be extremely wary of doing business with this company. They are totally incapable of suitably representing either landlords or tenants.
