Absolute petty swindlers. Showed grossly misrepresented property on rightmove, then flatly refused to refund my holding deposit after I had the property viewed. They also blatantly tried to funnel me in committing to renting, and paying the full deposit before I had actually insisted on having the property seen. A disgusting practice. I will try to get my money back, but I suspect that this is a bit of a predatory practice for which they know themselves to be in advantage.

Terrible customer service. Phoned several times to view a house and they kept saying they would ring back to organise viewing and I would be first to view. Very unprofessional service and be careful if you are buying through them as you will think you have secured your dream home only to find out they are actively encouraging price wars and gazumping.
