Absolute petty swindlers. Showed grossly misrepresented property on rightmove, then flatly refused to refund my holding deposit after I had the property viewed. Terrible customer service. Phoned several times to view a house and they kept saying they would ring back to organise viewing and I would be first to view. Very unprofessional service and be careful if you are buying through them as you will think you have secured your dream home only to find out they are actively encouraging price wars and gazumping.
