We are a group of residents of Elvaston Place in London in a building managed by JLL. We have had multiple safety issues due to the mismanagement of the building. The property manager fails to attend the property and the residents are the ones trying to solve the issues and provide access to contractors. JLL continues to delay the mandatory reparations with excuses such as they can't access the elevator motor room or that the reparations are very expensive. I can only speak for my experience with the property managers of that address. I hope the rest of JLL is better.
