Our initial thoughts with dealing with Henrietta JLL were all positive and were having a great experience. We got offered the property we wanted and were over the moon. We got the contract and put down the deposit and were told ‘100% this property is ours’. Then all of a sudden we got a call from Siobháin and our day completely changed. 2 long phone calls and a lot of unnecessary stress occured as we were told we may lose the property after turning down 2 others that day as we were told we had this one which left us with nothing. These phone calls led to me being told I should of known the facts about the property even though I had asked the question which council tax it was and was told Wandsworth. Turns out it was Lambeth council tax and that I should of known myself. I think letting agents should know the facts about a property in the future and not blame the potential tenant. As mentioned again I did ask the question. But this was still my fault I was told.
I was repeatedly told Henrietta was a graduate by Siobháin. But stating that someone is a graduate when someone makes a mistake you can’t just say ‘oh she’s a graduate, that’s not the company she’s working fors fault’. From what was turning out to be a great day it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

We are a group of residents of Elvaston Place in London in a building managed by JLL. We have had multiple safety issues due to the mismanagement of the building. The property manager fails to attend the property and the residents are the ones trying to solve the issues and provide access to contractors. JLL continues to delay the mandatory reparations with excuses such as they can't access the elevator motor room or that the reparations are very expensive. I can only speak for my experience with the property managers of that address. I hope the rest of JLL is better.
