We were renting from Davis and Sons for over 5 years and within that time, the agency has done nothing to help us with the big damp in kitchen, utility and cloakroom at 21B Dale Rd. They only know how to ask for money if you are late with your payment. House also had pest, rats and very noisy neighbours. No improvement to the house was completed and landlord requested higher rent during pandemic! Where last year he already increased rent by £50pcm! Landlord is not registered so if you want to make complain you have nowhere to go. Other problems with the property: - very difficult to maintain garden - leaks in kitchen, dinning, cloakroom and utility - damaged floorboards - hallway floor was loose and never get repaired - outside leaks from gutters (which will make your windows very dirty and make noises during rain) - no thermostat, leaking boiler and really expensive during winter Several emails were sent to agency about these issues, together with pictures but they truly don't care and sometimes you need to wait weeks for their respond. Avoid this agency if you are looking to rent, they are not friendly or professional people.

16 Jun 2022I am the neighbor of this tenant and has been throughout her whole tenancy and all i can say is that this woman was a living nightmare. constant people back and forth, overgrown gardens. i met the owner when he renovated it and in all fairness the guy done a great job. The tenant actually had a warrant to get her out after living there and not paying rent for a substantial time. This is just revenge because you had to leave. I have had police and th inland revenue knock my door for you and now you have relocated to your own country. #keyboardwarrior

Avoid at all costs. Smooth line in talk till you sign up, then getting them to act is nigh on impossible. Inspections! Drive by shootings last longer.
