We were renting from Davis and Sons for over 5 years and within that time, the agency has done nothing to help us with the big damp in kitchen, utility and cloakroom at 21B Dale Rd. Absolutely disgusting service!!!. Tenant didn't pay rent when given notice and estate agents didn't do anything to help. Constantly had to keep ringing. They did nothing at all to help . Avoid at all costs. Smooth line in talk till you sign up, then getting them to act is nigh on impossible. Inspections! Drive by shootings last longer.
