Steve was the very first Estate Agent that I met when starting my house hunting search. First impressions were he was a real gentleman. So poliet, not stuck up, very friendly and in no way pushy. Steve listened to what I was looking for in a house. And although the house I went to see was very nice, Steve made me feel comfortable enough so I could say that wasn't the house for me. The search continued with numerous other Estate Agents, some good and some not so good experiences. Another house came up and once again we had the pleasure of Steve. We loved the house. Steve took care of all the negotions. Steve and Ange (as well as the other lady in the office) were so helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. Steve was really helpful in recommending local tradesmen too.

This agent has been very unacommadating to one of my clients currently in the Army who was trying to purchase a family home while being based overseas. They refused to allow a viewing to take place on their behalf or even discuss alternative solutions to allow this sale to go ahead. No assistance... Read Full Review

This agent has been very unacommadating to one of my clients currently in the Army who was trying to purchase a family home while being based overseas. They refused to allow a viewing to take place on their behalf or even discuss alternative solutions to allow this sale to go ahead. No assistance was given at all to find a way forward and was very disappointing and cost their own client a very motivated and serious purchaser.
