Not to be trusted, with a week to go before i picked up the keys to my new rental home i was told the landlord had changed his mind, not through any fault of my own but entirely down to the estate agents who completely screwed me over by saying that i had requested an asbestos survey when i had done no such thing. Words cannot describe how this has affected me personally let alone financially.

This is by far the worst agency i have come across too. I only stayed in one of their properties for 4 months as i actually couldnt carry on having to chase and deal with them. We let our previous house by Haart estate agent & what a spectacular differance in service . They are extremely professional & honest ..god bless .. Wish there were more people in sales with honesty & integrity . At the end of the day we all work hard to earn our livelihood ...It should be respected than putting your own selfish motive over someone\'s trust.
