This is by far the worst agency i have come across too. I only stayed in one of their properties for 4 months as i actually couldnt carry on having to chase and deal with them. Its been over a month and a half and I am still owed my deposit, they dont reply to me and pass the phone to one another when calling. Lauren stack just wanted to take the ridiculous agency fee and then ignored me from day one. Nicole Whelan is supposed to be the manager and not only she doesn't respond to emails or calls, she just gives bad excuses and is rude. Poppy Wade was rude on the phone and said she was crediting the deposit last Monday and im still waiting for it. They dont reply or pick up calls. they are only on your case when you need to pay them the outrageous fee of 500 pound!

What agent could do to change your mind?
We let our previous house by Haart estate agent & what a spectacular differance in service . They are extremely professional & honest ..god bless .. Wish there were more people in sales with honesty & integrity . At the end of the day we all work hard to earn our livelihood ...It should be respected than putting your own selfish motive over someone\'s trust.
