Very Very bad experience buying a property from this agent. My lender and solicitor took little extra time because covid 19 I received my mortgage offer on time my deposit was ready in solicitors account and solicitors almost ready to exchange the contract only few days matter left . This agent bring the property back in market and asking a lot more money more then they were agreed even they not gave me any time scales to finsh the process. I am stressed and shocked what they did to me .it was covid, things was slow or ongoing louckdown was reason. But they giving time go through even my solicitors are very positive sale will go through jus a matter of few days. ? very very disappointed .

26 Jul 2022Ohh...my my....same things happened to us ( kirkburton branch of simon blyth)...exactly same way they tortured us at the last stage and we opted out of the deal. I wished, I would have read it before starting. Lost few pounds...it seems, it is their usual tactics. I read a similar review in another page given by another person too
