Played the classic estate agent tactics to a tee from the point of our offer being accepted, playing the game to seek other offers which eventually led to being gazumped. I appreciate they are playing the game within the law and the process but their tactics were very transparent from the off and it results in an unpleasant experience and ensures that William H Brown Bungay live up to the general perception of estate agents. Poor service and attitude from turning up late to the viewing, to communicating offers and updates, and being honest and transparent throughout. Buyers beware.
