If you want to chase things this company is the one , when you mention your paying them to go a job the manager replies you haven't paid yet , lied about the position of our buyer being in a good position for a quick sale 7 weeks and our buyer still hasn't got a mortgage, say they will ring you back and don't , so if you want to make yourself I'll with stress then this is the company for you, and if the sale does go through they get £4200.00 for doing hardly anything

Bad they get paid for doing hardly anything
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
