If you want to chase things this company is the one , when you mention your paying them to go a job the manager replies you haven't paid yet , lied about the position of our buyer being in a good position for a quick sale 7 weeks and our buyer still hasn't got a mortgage, say they will ring you back and don't , so if you want to make yourself I'll with stress then this is the company for you, and if the sale does go through they get £4200.00 for doing hardly anything

Played the classic estate agent tactics to a tee from the point of our offer being accepted, playing the game to seek other offers which eventually led to being gazumped.
