This is by far a poor service, I've been ringing to have the property I've rented to have all maintenance issues resolved as they allowed me to rent in a really poor condition, no decoration, poor cleanliness which they thought was deep cleaned throughout. Unable to use shower since renting!

fees are very high compared to other agents and they rip people off because they charge for things that are actually free such as moving onto a rolling contract once the end of a 6 month fixed term ends
