Very unprofessional. My viewing was cancelled without any reason. On enquiring why this happened, they told me that the key was missing! On further enquiry, I got an email claiming the flat was already let! I wasted a lot of energy and time on one of their property.

I recommend anyone to stay away from this agency! They put us in so much trouble and headache in the last 6 months by forgetting to give us parking permit, ignoring previous tenants bills and now with our deposit, they made biased and unfair check out report and are now threatening if we report... For last 4 months I've been asking them to give me written confirmation of not being responsible financially for the property (use to be guarantor).
