We have rented a flat via stratsmore group for almost a year and only have an wonderful experiences. They always welcome any query and issue with a smile, everyone in the team is extremely competent and patient. I never encountered any negative experience at all. On the contrary, when situations were difficult and where other agencies would say no, the staff at stratsmore group always did their best to try and say yes when possible. For example we've had issues with our bank that caused a delay in payments. Stratsmore group was extremely understanding and explained the situation to our landlord for us, which made the process very smooth, while it could have been a big issue with a less flexible agency. At the same time, they have all shown a remarkable professionalism in attending to our issues in the best delays, often calling in specialised contractors to attend any of our problems inside the flat. The communication overall was excellent. Our visit was arranged by Regvita Considering all the horror stories that I have heard from friends and colleagues across London, it seems that Stratsmore group is one of the rare letting agency that follows excellent practice and provides a great service that exceeds expectations. The flat we rented our through them was impeccable, at a great location and with very decent pricing. I would recommend Stratsmore group to anyone!
