They have taken my rent and not paid me for 2 months since I opted with Stratsmore in Gants Hill this year. An independent investigation is needed on this group of people. From my research they have been scamming landlords for years under different company names ( lang& ward, William Huxley, Oliver Knights, City Group Properties). There's also Stratsmore Asset Management which does the same thing.

It is very disheartening to see things such as this given the current climate especially when businesses are trying their level best. Our service has not been compromised despite COVID19. 27 Oct 2020I can ensure you there's nothing fake about my review if anything it's your comment that is fake. Like i mentioned the countless times I've called and emailed and nothing has been done, agent mo is always on his 'lunch break' and your colleague always say you'll call back but doesn't happen, I've instructed my solicitor to take action to recover the losses incurred by your phoney company so look forward to the letters. I'm shocked you have the audacity to say it's " disheartening", stop acting as if you have any compassion, you're scamming people before covid AND during covid like you have with your previous scamming companies - i hope people can learn from these reviews so they don't make the mistake I made.
