Dreadful. In cahoots with landlords who rent out hazardous properties. They are happy to put families at risk in sub standard homes. Abject from start to finish. Massively overvalued my apartment at the outset and then within a couple of weeks of going on the market wanted me to reduce it to way less than I had paid for it.
