Dreadful. In cahoots with landlords who rent out hazardous properties. They are happy to put families at risk in sub standard homes. They do say it is not there problem though after you have used them as the letting agent. If you rent out one of their properties in Doncaster check for lofts full of ... Read Full Review

Companies like this should not be able to exist when they are so careless with hazards.

Jessica Gaskell, based at the Sequence, Birkenhead office, has been very helpful and patient in aiding me in sorting out an incorrectly completed Gas Safety Certificate that was issued for my property. It has been a very frustrating journey (for us both!), done at a distance, with difficult communication with the Gas Engineer, with the third certificate issued finally proving correct. Wouldn't use this agency to sell my property. Initially offered the world sold me the dream to change from one estate agent to them and then they didn't deliver. Wouldn't use this agency to sell my property. Initially offered the world sold me the dream to change from one estate agent to them and then they didn't deliver. Had no contact from them at all while trying to sell my property never kept me up to date or informed me of what was happening. Very disappointing service and the photographs that were taken were of poor quality I could have taken better on my mobile. Also once the property was taken from the market it took them over 2 weeks to take down the for sale sign even though I was told it would be taken down within a week. Shocking service and would avoid

Abject from start to finish. Massively overvalued my apartment at the outset and then within a couple of weeks of going on the market wanted me to reduce it to way less than I had paid for it. Abject from start to finish. Massively overvalued my apartment at the outset and then within a couple of weeks of going on the market wanted me to reduce it to way less than I had paid for it.
Photos on the internet were not great, we had 4 viewings in 4 months and apart from the very last viewing the feedback was awful. Additionally the didn't seem to qualify what prospective purchasers could afford or were looking for before the viewings.
I can hardly find a good word to say about this agent.

I live in the middle of Doncaster & Pontefract, so when I chose as estate agent I selected W H Brown because they have an office in both towns. I asked if they could advertise at both offices. In Jan 2016 I visited the Pontefract office, only to find my house wasn't on display. The Doncaster branch tried to blame the Pontefract branch. The Pontefract Manager said they had no knowledge. Anyway I was told it would be sorted.
