We have had excellent service from Peter Chapman concerning letting our house in July, 2020 and then, due to a broken lease by the tenants, he found another tenant in January, 2021 during all these Covid restrictions and third lockdown. We have rented our property for 15 years and never had problems with tenants so Peter guided us through the broken lease problems and we really feel that we have had very professional service - and so pleasant.

From start to finish Abbotts have been extremely frustrating. I would never use them again. They initially quoted fees of over �600 to complete the tenancy agreement, more than double of any of their competitors. When challenged they reduced the fees to �300, still more than their... The fees are extortionate. More then double most other agents quoted us. They also dropped the fee when bartered so don't accept the first fee.

The branch found good tenants but "Sparks" have interfered by taking over both flats without the consent of the landlord. We rented this property on false pretences. We knew that the kitchen floor and units were worn out, but we didn't expect dirty ear buds in the cupboards. Dirty tampon in our toilet radiator. The boiler wasn't working, it had no pressure and we had to get everything fixed that is mentioned above... Read Full Review

Landlords - do not use this company. Appalling service, they are completely unorganised, do not help or support you as a lanlord and certainly do not provide 'full management'.
