First Estate Agent I have ever used in 18 years of rennervating houses that seem to purposely tried to put me off submitting an offer - listed that the property needed a new roof, new boiler, electrical work and all new windows, none of which based on fact or survey. I was also told the property was not worth buying to rennervate and sell on, I almost felt like they wanted to the only offer on the table to go ahead - I was also told that an offer over the asking price had been made, I spoke to the main office the following day for them to confirm that the offer was not in fact over the asking price! 15 viewing carried out that day and only one offer....... if the property was presented the same way as it was to me, then I imagine the other viewers would of been put off too, its all seems very strange and also most a little suspicious in my opinion. some people might even say that viewers were purposely put off making an offer.................... The property was marketed and described well and the overall condition of the property was as shown in the photos.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more open, honest and professional. Call people back when you say you will - even when you complain. Very very poor.

What agent could do to change your mind?
- Actually fix maintenance problems - Stick to the agreed contract - BE PROFESSIONAL! - manners cost nothing - we are paying customers - we don\'t appreciate rude and patronising service - hire staff who are willing to provide a professional service and are not lazy.
