We viewed several properties on the market with this branch of Saxton Mee. When booking viewings it sometimes felt like they were doing you a favour booking the viewing. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more open, honest and professional. Call people back when you say you will - even when you complain. Very very poor.

What agent could do to change your mind?
- Actually fix maintenance problems - Stick to the agreed contract - BE PROFESSIONAL! - manners cost nothing - we are paying customers - we don\'t appreciate rude and patronising service - hire staff who are willing to provide a professional service and are not lazy.

I am absolutely disgusted as to the way my nearly 60 year old mother was treated today in the Hillsborough (sheffield) branch of Saxton Mee. Two members of staff, named Stephanie and Victoria, verbally abused my mother who had gone in to the branch to find out why she had been left waiting to view... Read Full Review
