Paulo was very helpful, friendly, and informative throughout my viewing. Any questions I had were either answered there and then or followed up quickly, sometimes even out of usual business hours. This is not a comment on Paulo but on the process in general: The approval procedure post offer being accepted was a little slow (conscious that this is contracted and outside of the agent's control). This meant that I only received confirmation of occupancy date with around a week to go before needing to move in. This isn't ideal when moving from a different city and/or with complex/large moves.
Comments on Agent Fees
Admin fees do seem high but probably average for London.
