Do not deal with this estate agent! There's plenty of decent estate agents in Chester,Chester Place Lettings, small operation, their websites an absolute joke mentions a friendly service, looking out for your needs, what a load of rubbish. A duo of cowboys out to wrangle every penny out of you when you move out, not willing to help, they claim to have 7years experience between them, one agent tells you one thing and other another, awful pair to deal with. DON'T BOTHER GOING WITH THIS SMALL OPERATION THEY ARE COWBOYS!!

11 Jan 2013Woolfy is quite clearly spineless or made up. It is difficult to respond to this so called review when it does not refer to a property or an individual. As letting agents we act on behalf of our landlord clients and not the tenant. If a tenant leaves a property in a poor condition then it is our job get the problems rectified and charge the tenant. If the tenant is not happy with this then there is a dispute scheme they are welcome to use which they have not. Woolfy refers to our website being a joke but Google seem to hold it in high regard. If Woolfy could have the decency to reveal his identity then we would be able to respond in more detail.

1 Jan 2015What does Google's search engine have to do with being a good letting agency? Anyone can pay someone to set-up your meta data correctly. I've worked in a letting agency before and it's true that they work not for the tenant but for the landlord. I'm looking at a few of Chester Place's properties, so I hope that the above review is just a disgruntled tenant (which agencies have to deal with all the time).

Moved to France in 2009 and let the apartment we owned in Mold through Zoe at Chester Place. Tenants have changed over the years but we have never, ever had a non payment of rent. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more trustworthy and truthful with your tennants. They went back on their word and succombed to the pressure of the landlord when they knew the property was fine.
