Moved to France in 2009 and let the apartment we owned in Mold through Zoe at Chester Place. Tenants have changed over the years but we have never, ever had a non payment of rent. We have now decided to sell the property and Zoe could not have been more helpful with ourselves and the tenant. The property has been very well managed in our absence and we would have no hesitation in recommending Chester Place as agents,

Do not deal with this estate agent! There's plenty of decent estate agents in Chester,Chester Place Lettings, small operation, their websites an absolute joke mentions a friendly service, looking out for your needs, what a load of rubbish. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more trustworthy and truthful with your tennants. They went back on their word and succombed to the pressure of the landlord when they knew the property was fine.
