I have known Zoia for almost 17 years and I have known Mark for 9 years and over that time they have both helped and advising me with renting out the several properties that I own. They have been a pleasure to work with, being dependable, honest, conscientious and supportive. I have found Zoia's and Mark's knowledge and experience of letting property invaluable over the years. I have and still do recommend Chester Places to family and friends.

Moved to France in 2009 and let the apartment we owned in Mold through Zoe at Chester Place. Tenants have changed over the years but we have never, ever had a non payment of rent. Do not deal with this estate agent! There's plenty of decent estate agents in Chester,Chester Place Lettings, small operation, their websites an absolute joke mentions a friendly service, looking out for your needs, what a load of rubbish. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more trustworthy and truthful with your tennants. They went back on their word and succombed to the pressure of the landlord when they knew the property was fine.
