They are totally incompetent never buy a a flat as they overcharge and do nothing’. They overcharge all the time and deliver nothing totally incompetent I would give no stars as disgusting

My family lived in one of their properties for almost ten years. The Staircase collapsed, the front door fell in. What agent could do to change your mind?
Carried out the repairs and brought the property up to the standard it should have been. They received a lot of money over the years and I never was in arrears. So it was very unfair.
