Having rented an apartment on Brighton Marina through Leaders I wanted to outline the terrible service offered by this company. The apartment was let as a 'furnished' property, all furnishings including chairs, sofas and beds were of the cheapest quality and extremely uncomfortable. Having paid $1,875/month I was expecting excellent service but received the opposite. Response times to replying to and fixing issues that arose were slow and half hearted. One example was a bulb that was not working on check in. This was not a regular bulb so I requested it to be replaced to be told, 'Just order one on Amazon'. I decided not to replace it but to use a lamp instead and they tried to chare e for it on check out! On check out I was instructed to use one of two cleaners who quoted (for a small two bedroom apartment) 550 and 700 GBP respectively. I decided to use my own cleaners who did an excellent job but I then received (two months after leaving the apartment) a bill for 422 GBP for additional cleaning that was required! I would never consider renting a property through Leaders again!
