Very dishonest company. They are trying to keep our holding deposit unlawfully without letting us the property.We have provided every single reference they asked for plus every document to cover the required financial amount. As we are moving from another part of UK, they asked for 3 months rent in advance which we agreed to. They then changed their mind and asked for 6 months rent in advance which we did not agree to as they had no reason to do it. We provided everything they wanted. Stay away from them. * very arrogant and full of attitude.

30 Mar 2021We apologise that you feel this way, however, the holding deposit has been held due to you sending misleading information. You did supply us with all of the documents we requested, however, when you are asked to prove income details so we an be sure of affordability of a property, we need the details of the income you will be receiving while living in the property. As you said, you were relocating, and you entered the details of the incomes you knew were going to have to be given up once moved, therefore the income details you provided us would have been void once you have moved. Once we found out that you would not have employment once moved, we asked for the 3 months to cover your half of the tenancy, and we then went on to find out your partners income was also not going to be coming with you, which we why we then asked for the 6 months to cover the initial tenancy agreement. This was an offer so we could ensure you would be able to take the property. You entered misleading information onto the application form.
