Keep your self as far away as you can from this agency !!! Exceptionally rude and not helpful * which try to rip us off for holding deposit. Unreasonable demands of massive quantity paperwork or upfront payment for 6 months rent + deposit. We was unable to rent with them £850 a month house regardless our over £50000 a year combinated incomes. Very poor communication. Shocking that they are still on the market. If I have to be honest is only one positive there - person who only partially served me - Hazel. She is really nice person with great customer service skills.
