We were buying a flat through Melvin Jacobs estate agents and dealt mainly with Steven Kersh He was helpful courtesy and readily available throughout the whole transaction which took considerable time due to several problems which arose and the pandemic We were both delighted with the level of device he provided Mrs Steinberg

2 days after viewing property they phone me saying they never heard back from me. Then pushed me to make an offer on property. Watch out. My parents had paid a majority of their mortgage paid off; remaining roughly a 100,000 left our house is valued close to a milllion. Never trust this company! They are not afraid to break the law on behalf of the landlord and LOCK THE TENANT OUT, even though the tenant never once failed to pay the rent or look after the property. They will use physical violence ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
