Having just purchased a home through this agent we would not recommend their services to anyone. Very patronising and unprofessional in every way from start to finish. In comparing their services to that of the agent who sold our previous home Melvin Jacobs finishes as a very very poor second.

26 Jun 2018We were marketing the property at offers in excess of £500,000 subject to contract, we had several offers on the property and the current purchaser had a property to sell which was not yet on the market, as opposed to a first time buyer. The executors of this estate, by whom we take our instructions, were informed of the offers and chose the first time buyer. Nevertheless, the price eventually reached £550,000 subject to contract, and the agents should be applauded by their clients and the beneficiaries for achieving £50,000 more than the asking price. The sour grapes comment from the purchaser is understandable in the circumstances.

Never trust this company! They are not afraid to break the law on behalf of the landlord and LOCK THE TENANT OUT, even though the tenant never once failed to pay the rent or look after the property. They will use physical violence ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
